San Francisco Comic Art Museum
Initiated by a group of comic fans, during many years
lacked of an own physical space. Finally, and thanks to
a donation made by the Peanuts creator Charles M. Schulz,
managed to settle down in the San Francisco downtown.
The main function of the museum is to preserve, document
and exhibit this art. It has approximately 6000 original
pieces, a complete bookstore, as well as classrooms with
courses on these ink and paper art.
