Urban transport

There’s an old joke that says that in Los Angeles the pedestrians do not exist, since all have car. Perhaps it’s that the distances between the different attractions that the city offers are intimidating. There’s an good bus system that crosses the city and the outskirts. In San Diego there’s also a good bus service, with cheap tickets; the taxis are expensive. San Francisco has an excellent public transport service. The bus and street cars networks are the most economic and colourful way to cross the city. The exact amount is due to take, since drivers does not have change. The taxis usually are cheaper than in other cities of the state.
